Register and Activate Your Job4All Account in 2 Steps

Step 1: To register a Job4All account is easy, simply click "Join Now" to register as employer. You will get a verification code via your registered email.

Step 2: Login (for first time, enter your verification code) to access your employer Dashboard.

Post & Manage Projects 

Start Posting Projects in 2 Steps

Step1: Select and purchase the "Silver", "Gold" or "Platinum" package based on number of projects you want to post.

Step 2: Click "Post A Project" and enter details of your project, e.g. project cost, details, category, duration, etc. Once posted, you will be able to manage the projects, view the proposals from collaborators, etc. 

Job4All offers a set of tools to manage your projects (e.g. real time messaging, progress report, calendar, email, file sharing, etc.). 

Start The Collaboration

Project Collaboration In 4 Simple Steps

Step 1: Review the proposals from potential collaborators. Note: You can also find the collaborators that match your project requirements and invite them to submit proposal.

Step 2: After evaluation of the submitted proposal, click "Collborate Now" to start the collaboration. Proceed to make the payment. 

Step 3: Monitor the progress of project (i.e. project milestone) from your Dashboard. Any output or deliverables can be found in the progress report from the collaborator. 

Step 4: Once the project has reached completion (by mutual consent), then select "Completed" in the project status. You can also provide some feedback about the collaborator (e.g. quality of work, professionalism, etc.).

Find Collaboration Opportunity

Submit Collaboration Proposal In 3 Steps

Step 1: Find the project that matches your skills and interests, from the Job4All search function or browse "Projects" from home menu.

Step 2: Select and purchase the collaborator package ("Basic", "Plus" or "Pro").

Step 3: Enter the proposed cost, estimated completion, etc, and submit the project proposal.

Post A Service

Post Services In 2 Steps

Step 1: Select and purchase the collaborator package ("Basic", "Plus" or "Pro"), if not already purchased when submitting collaboration proposal.

Step 2: Create a service by clicking "Post A Service", enter service description details and submit.

Note: Only employer account holder can purchase the service.
