In July, Job4All aims to initiate paid social media campaigns. So far, there are about 6 social media channels:
- Facebook Job4All page
- Instagram page
- Twitter page
- Youtube Job4All channel
- Google Ads/Google My Business
- LinkedIn Job4All page
We mentioned that Job4All is actively seeking for social media marketing volunteers to help pushing Job4All to wider audience. So, the focus in July will be:
- Initiation of marketing campaigns
- Improvement of Job4All platform
- Investment and fund raising
Our first priority is to perform competitor analysis so that suitable set of keywords can be generated. Using the planned keywords, we can design the Google Adword campaign and performing Google Brand Awareness campaign. These two types of campaigns will be conducted in overlapped manner, first brand awareness and then adword campaign. The second priority is to initiate Facebook Ads campaign. This is performed in conjunction with Google campaigns. Regarding Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram campaign, we will leverage the similar ads design from google and facebook and apply similar marketing strategy.
In July, we have performed some minor improvements to Job4All platform. We have included support of multi-lingual capability, supporting Chinese, Japanese, Italian and Polish translation. We also improved the Message Center’s J4A Instant Messaging, making it more intuitive to use. Going forward, we will connect the messaging system to Twitter API. We also incorporated the private message communication for between employers and collaborators before the collaboration or hiring. The platform will be migrated to a new dedicated server soon.
To ensure Job4All can have sustainable growth, we have initiated the first round of investment and fund raising. Through SeedLegals and Angel investment network, we adopted the micro-funding/agile funding approach. We have approached several private and angel investors via LinkedIn and angel investment network, and facebook investors groups.
A warm welcome to our new internship colleague, Aleksandra, and she will help us to crack into the Polish market and hopefully create new growth opportunity for Job4All.
Finally, at this difficult time, Job4All will stay strong and push forward with its vision to become the platform of choice for millions of people who are seeking the next work opportunity. We hope to engage with more businesses out there to work together to have “win-win” collaboration. The future of flexible work culture has arrived.
